We've been talking about getting these put together for a while, and finally got the time to get it done yesterday. The trellis fence marks the border between our yard and the parking lot for the park. I'm planning to put my pumpkin and squash in these beds, since a little bit of partial shade won't hurt 'em, and I'm hoping that maybe they'll climb the trellis!

New Garden Beds!
We've been talking about getting these put together for a while, and finally got the time to get it done yesterday. The trellis fence marks the border between our yard and the parking lot for the park. I'm planning to put my pumpkin and squash in these beds, since a little bit of partial shade won't hurt 'em, and I'm hoping that maybe they'll climb the trellis!

Looks great! WOW do you live close to the park! Are you sure the park go-ers will leave it alone? I think I'll work on some cold frames this week, inspired by the ones you posted last year.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, we're definitely TOO close. We didn't think it would be a big deal, but 5 years after buying the house, it's getting a little old. I'm hoping folks will respect the fence.
