It was time...

...to harvest the first zucchini! Having planted TWO zucchini plants, I am suddenly reminded of why I really only need ONE zucchini plant.

    It's a beauty! What delicious plan do you have for this first zucchini harvest? Do you think my 5 zucchini plants are too many? :)

    We always end up planting more zucchini than we need also. :)
