Overall, it has been a fairly disappointing year for my garden. I have only harvested two zucchini, two cherry tomatoes, three pumpkins and three turnips. There's one giant Hubbard squash just waiting for the right time to harvest, and one more growing. There's a fall crop of peas coming up, but I'm not going to hold my breath! I'm not going to be discouraged though- it was a terribly hot and dry summer, and my focus has been on nurturing and feeding the little one in my womb and not my plants.

August Harvest
Overall, it has been a fairly disappointing year for my garden. I have only harvested two zucchini, two cherry tomatoes, three pumpkins and three turnips. There's one giant Hubbard squash just waiting for the right time to harvest, and one more growing. There's a fall crop of peas coming up, but I'm not going to hold my breath! it was a rough summer for gardens. but look at those pumpkin beauties! and congrats...you're expecting!
